At Collins Street Business Centre we provide a comprehensive range of office services for our permanent and virtual customers, as well as customers of our meeting and training rooms. Our focus is on top quality customer service - ensuring that you project the finest corporate identity and operate efficiently at all times.

Our staff have extensive experience providing services to, and supporting people and companies operating out of serviced offices or executive suites - or operating as a virtual tenant.

We provide all of the serviced office facilities and administration services you would expect to see in a large and professional business centre. For example, we have developed a secure data network, feature rich for people wanting to fully exploit the Internet & all it has to offer the modern day, switched on business person.

Home workers and telecommuters using our serviced offices or meeting rooms will benefit immensely from the wise range of services we have to serve you. Virtual Private Networking utilities are available for high speed Internet connection to home or remote office.

For added convenience and quality, we have networked our digital copiers, colour printers/scanners and fax machines so that you can print and send directly from your desktop (at the office or whilst on the road).


Document Storage

A limited on-site storage facility is available at a lower rate than the offices - and also less cluttering of your office with boxes.

Dry Cleaning
Leave your garments with us and we will arrange for same day or next day delivery - door to door at your office.

Fax
We offer a full online faxing service, so you can send directly from your PC. Local faxes are free with only call charges applicable when you send Interstate and International faxes.

We can also send your originals to an email address on the fly, without needing time consuming processes such as first scanning the document and then emailing the file.


Furniture
Included in your room rental is a solid desk, draw pedestal, credenza (sliding doors), mobile swivel chair, 3 draw filing cabinet and 2 guest chairs.

Additional furniture is carried on the premises and available to you for hire. This includes small round meeting tables and chairs which are popular in the larger offices and suites.

Insurance
We carry public liability insurance for all our tenants and guests when in our areas - up to $20M cover. You will be responsible for insuring all of your own equipment and fixtures, as well as having public liability insurance for your rented office.


Kitchen Facilities
We have 2 kitchens, serving each of the North & South Towers and another on Level 15. Each comes equipped with a fully stocked fridge, microwave, drip filter coffee machine and miscellaneous items.

We operate on an 'honour bar' system for all drinks and snack foods. You are welcome to rent a mini bar fridge if you prefer to stock your own items or food in your office.


Office Supplies
We carry a range of popular office supplies in-house and order online all your additional requirements with next day delivery. Urgent needs will be met by our secretarial staff shopping for you at nearby stores.

Personalised stationary and printing can also be arranged using our preferred suppliers, with either your existing artwork modified to suit the new location, or created specifically for you.

Postage & Courier
We hand deliver all received mail daily as part of our inclusive room rental. We also deliver outgoing mail daily to Australia Post at no extra charge. Special delivery runs for unusual items to the GPO will be d one on an ad-hoc basis.


Printing & Photocopying
We operate high performance digital colour copiers, scanners and fax machines - all networked to your PC. This means that you can 'print' a document directly to a copier when you require multiple copies. This offers you not only better quality than printing and thereafter copying, but added convenience of sending large print jobs to the printer directly from your desk.

We offer both black & white and full colour, double-sided copying. You only need to enter your access code (if printing or copying at the machine) and you are self-sufficient, or alternatively you can request our staff to do the copying (and binding) for you.

Reception Services
Our friendly staff, always dressed in formal & professional attire, will greet your guests and introduce their arrival to you, or direct them to a pre-booked meeting room as directed.

They are there to react immediately to all of your requests and needs, as if you employed your own full time receptionist.

All your received mail or courier parcels are delivered by hand to your office as part of our base service offering for all tenants.

Secretarial Support/Personal Assistant
Our experienced, professional and friendly staff will assist you on a fee-for-time basis for all secretarial services. This includes:

Security & Building Access
You will have 24 hour access, 7 days a week to your office, without having to make any prior arrangement.

The offices are individually keyed for your own security.

The whole office floor is secured and alarm monitored with reporting and guard attendance from a central alarm monitoring station. A centrally located keypad is used, each tenant with their own access code, to turn the alarm system on and off.


Signage
You can have your company name individually signposted in the ground floor lobby as well as in the lift lobby of our office. Tenants of our suites can also have their own signage to their private reception area. Please discuss your specific requirements with us.


Utilities
Your electricity, water, air-conditioning and heating and building maintenance is included in your rental.


Car Parking
There is a car park in the basement operated by Care Car Parking, as well as a large number of other public car parks surrounding our building.
